**We are looking for a passionate and certified gym trainer to join our team and help our members achieve their fitness goals**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and small group fitness training sessions.
- Design personalized workout programs based on clients' fitness goals, health conditions, and experience level.
- Instruct clients on proper exercise technique and safety procedures to prevent injuries.
- Motivate and support clients to stay engaged and achieve their desired results.
- Track clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of exercise science and fitness principles.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
- Promote the gym's fitness classes and personal training services.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices.
- May provide basic nutritional guidance (depending on qualifications).
- Perform CPR and first aid if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Personal Trainer certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA) is required.
- Minimum [Number] years of experience as a personal trainer (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and fitness principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
