**Designation: Jr. Architect/Interior Designer/Draftman**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing architectural designs and layouts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and presentation documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site engineers to ensure design intent is executed on-site.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure architectural compliance.
- Support in obtaining statutory approvals and preparing necessary documentation.
- Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, and construction technologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (Freshers with internships are welcome).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and municipal approval processes.
- Strong creativity, visualization, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
