**TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Working in a digital marketing / marketing automation role or similar
- Development and support experience of a min of 3+ years in Marketo or any Marketing Automation Tools
- Develop and maintain meaningful database segmentation that translates into a tailored campaign and program experience for audiences that span across specific market segments, industries, and roles. Monitor database hygiene, performing ongoing data cleansing to maintain the health and accuracy of our marketing database.
- Knowledge on a scripting tool like JS for building anding pages layout (PML (Pardot Merge Language) &HML - Handlebars Merge Language)
- Ensure lead-scoring process is followed to pass qualified leads to sales and improve conversion rates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time - Work successfully with cross functional teams.
- Knowledge on APIs. Ability to understand different systems API and use cases.
- Proven technical proficiency / certification with marketing automation platforms (Marketo Certification preferred)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Aware of SDLC and Support processes as required by projects
- Taking ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and monitoring
- Test and optimize the user experience to drive demand generation and conversion across all digital properties - including multivariate A/B testing
- Manage all technical aspects of marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM integration
- Develop scheduled and incremental reporting with the ability to compile and review raw data, provide detailed analyses and regularly assess program effectiveness and make recommendations and optimizations
- Supports system and user acceptance testing and defect resolution
- Ability to conduct end-user training - good to have.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
