Job Summary:
A preschool teacher plays a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of young children. Responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, the preschool teacher facilitates the cognitive, emotional, and social development of preschool-aged children through age-appropriate activities and educational programs.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Planning:

- Develop and implement a well-rounded, age-appropriate curriculum that fosters the overall development of children.
- Create engaging lesson plans that align with educational goals and standards.

2. Classroom Management:

- Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage behavior and discipline in a fair and constructive manner.

3. Instruction and Teaching:

- Conduct lessons using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Introduce and reinforce basic concepts, including language, math, science, and social skills.

4. Individualized Learning:

- Identify and address the unique learning needs of individual children.
- Provide additional support or challenges as required.

5. Parent Communication:

- Foster open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

6. Health and Safety:

- Ensure a safe and clean classroom environment.
- Implement health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.

7. Supervision and Care:

- Supervise children during all activities, both inside and outside the classroom.
- Attend to the physical and emotional well-being of each child.

8. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, achievements, and any behavioral or developmental concerns.

9. Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other preschool staff, including assistants and coordinators.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Associate degree or relevant certification may be accepted.

2. Certification:

- Possession of appropriate teaching certification for early childhood education.

3. Experience:

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.

4. Passion for Early Childhood Education:

- Demonstrated enthusiasm and passion for working with young children.

5. Communication Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.

6. Patience and Adaptability:

- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual children.

7. Creativity:

- Creativity in developing engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.

8. First Aid/CPR Certification:

- Current certification in First Aid and CPR is often required.

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
