**Job Overview**:
As an **Export Executive**, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of managing exports from our company to international markets. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a fresher interested in global trade and export operations. You will support the export team in handling customer orders, documentation, and liaising with international clients, customs authorities, and logistics providers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**: Assist in processing export orders from customers, ensuring all relevant details are correctly captured.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate with shipping and freight companies for timely dispatch of goods, ensuring the proper shipping methods and routes are selected.
- **Customs Compliance**: Ensure that all shipments comply with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with international customers, suppliers, and internal departments to track order progress.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep track of export inventory and coordinate with warehouses to manage stock levels.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on international markets and potential customers to support export expansion.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing reports related to export shipments, sales, and trends.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with international customers and vendors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to address issues related to export operations and resolve them in a timely manner.
- **Familiarity with Export Documentation**: Basic knowledge of export procedures and trade compliance (training will be provided).
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with export management software is a plus.
**Preferred Skills** (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs clearance processes, and international shipping logistics.
- Knowledge of any foreign languages would be an advantage.
- Previous internship or project experience related to international business or exports.
