**Position Overview**:A school receptionist serves as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. They manage front-desk operations, ensure smooth communication within the school, and handle administrative tasks.

Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff.
**Administrative Support**:
Maintain student records and attendance logs.
Assist with admissions and enrollment processes.
Manage schedules and appointments for school administrators.
**Communication**:
Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and school management.
Distribute notices and handle correspondence.
**Office Organization**:
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Manage office supplies and ensure equipment is functional.
**Emergency Response**:
Provide assistance during emergencies, including contacting relevant authorities or parents.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service skills and a welcoming demeanor.
High school diploma or equivalent; administrative experience preferred.
