**About the Role**:
We are searching for a passionate and articulate Academic Counsellor to join our growing team in Saket, Delhi. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents towards achieving their academic goals through our innovative EdTech solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized consultations to understand student needs, learning styles, and academic aspirations.
- Recommend appropriate learning programs and resources aligned with individual student goals.
- Provide ongoing academic guidance and support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, fostering trust and open communication.
- Ability to cope with emotional situations
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of our EdTech products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm and composed demeanor.
- Strong empathy and understanding towards students and their academic challenges.
- Patient and approachable nature, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex information in a concise and engaging manner.

**To Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹12,025.76 - ₹30,976.85 per month
