**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support operations/BAU,
- Work on escalated backup &/ restore failure INC#s, SR#s, work with vendor support teams, attending through customer &/ vendor calls, implementing break-fixes, CR# execution/implementations/post-implementation reviews.
- Provide evidences for audit queries.
- Build operations (Provisioning & decom).
- Work hand-in-hand with L1 & L3 colleagues and support as required on tech issues.
- Standby / On-call Support during off business hours & weekends (rotational)
- Ready to support 24×7
