**Sales Officer - Retail Liability
Responsible for increasing the Branch's Sales volume, exceptional customer services, acquisition of new customers and business development.

**Eligibility**:
Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 1+ years of sales experience in Banking/NBFC/FMCG etc. A flair for sales and marketing is mandatory.

'¢ To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction etc.

'¢ Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies - KYC adherence.

'¢ To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.

'¢ Supporting branch staff in business development activities & helping to achieve branch targets.

**Eligibility
'¢ He/ She should have a thorough knowledge on gold loan operation with 1 -2 year experience in Bank / NBFC
