Responsibilities:
Design steel buildings using software such as Staad and Revit, ensuring that designs meet client specifications and adhere to industry standards and regulations.

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and bills of materials for construction projects, working closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Work with customers to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements, while also ensuring profitability for the company.

Develop marketing and sales strategies to promote the company's products and services, including creating marketing collateral, attending industry events, and networking with potential customers.

Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Civil engineering degree with an MBA in marketing or a related field.

Strong technical skills in steel structural design, including proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies and closing deals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
