**Job Title: FRP Engineer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research and development activities to enhance the properties and performance of FRP materials.
- Design and analyze FRP structures and components using engineering principles and software tools.
- Develop testing protocols and procedures to evaluate the mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of FRP materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during the production of FRP components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations governing the use of FRP materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the performance or production of FRP materials.
- Stay informed about advancements in FRP technology and recommend innovations for adoption.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in the design and analysis of composite materials, particularly FRP.
- Proficiency in CAD software for modeling and simulation (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
- Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes, such as molding, pultrusion, and filament winding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
