**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry tasks with a **high degree of accuracy and speed, using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets,** and other data programs.
- Conduct regular **mail communications**, ensuring clarity.
- Operate office equipment such as **scanners, and printers**with proficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of **correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation**to maintain professional document standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company records and information.
- Engage in **basic English communication** with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma; further education, computer training, or relevant certification is a significant plus.
- Proven experience as a **Data Entry Operator**, or similar role.
- Familiarity with **MS Office suite** and experience with **database systems**and administrative procedures.
- Experience using a variety of office equipment, including fax machines and scanners.
- Strong **typing speed**with an emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high data quality standards.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic English communication skills for effective written and verbal exchanges.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
