**Key Responsibilities**:
**Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords relevant to our industry.
- Analyze competitor keywords and search engine performance to develop competitive strategies.

**On-Page Optimization**:

- Optimize website content, headers, meta descriptions, images, and other elements to improve organic search visibility.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied to new and existing content.
- Monitor and improve website structure and internal linking to enhance search engine rankings.

**Off-Page Optimization**:

- Develop and execute off-page strategies, including link-building, to improve domain authority.
- Build relationships with relevant bloggers, industry influencers, and websites to create quality backlinks.
- Track and analyze backlink profiles to identify and disavow any harmful links.

**Technical SEO**:

- Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues like broken links, crawl errors, and site speed issues.
- Collaborate with developers to improve page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall site usability.
- Ensure all technical SEO requirements, such as structured data, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt, are properly implemented.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor website performance and keyword rankings.
- Analyze website traffic and provide recommendations to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO metrics and project outcomes for management.

**SEO Strategy Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
- Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies tailored to our target audience and business goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Understanding of PPC and other digital marketing practices.
- Familiarity with local SEO and mobile SEO strategies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
