**Performance Marketing Associate at PyjamaHR**
- We are seeking a highly motivated
** Performance Marketing Associate** to join our rapidly growing company, PyjamaHR. Our innovative Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is currently used by over 5,000 companies and is on track to revolutionize the global hiring landscape.
- As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will work closely with our marketing leadership team to develop and execute strategies across a variety of channels, including performance marketing, events management, webinars, and brand marketing.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Display Ads, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships with external affiliates and partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target audience and market to ensure that all marketing initiatives are relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and analytics, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance and affiliate marketing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a product-based industry is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms is a plus.

**SALARY RANGE**: 6 - 8 LPA
