**Car Evaluator - Car Inspection**

**Position Overview**

We are looking for experienced **Automobile Technicians/Mechanics** (4-6 years) to work as **Car Evaluators**. The role involves visiting customer locations to inspect and assess used cars. Paid training will be provided in Delhi (stay and food covered).

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Visit customer sites to inspect used cars.
- Check vehicle condition - engine, body, documents, etc.
- Create detailed evaluation reports for resale and decision-making
- Follow company inspection guidelines

**Requirements**:

- **ITI or Diploma** (mandatory)
- Valid **driving license** with strong driving skills
- Ability to read and understand **basic English**:

- Experience with OEM-based setups like Maruti True Value, Mahindra First Choice, etc.

**Not Eligible**:

- Service Advisors
- Commercial Vehicle Technicians
- Plant/Manufacturing-only experience

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹32,000/month
- Incentives: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000/month based on performance
- PF & Insurance included
- 30-days paid training in Delhi (company provides accommodation and meals)
