**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Full-time)

**Reports to**: Technical Manager / Department Head

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise and lead the technical team**: Manage and coordinate the activities of the technical team to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks.
- **Equipment maintenance**: Ensure regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of all technical equipment and machinery in the facility.
- **Oversee installations and upgrades**: Supervise the installation and upgrades of new technical equipment and systems.
- **Ensure compliance**: Ensure all technical operations comply with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
- **Troubleshooting and repairs**: Identify issues and perform repairs or coordinate repairs for any malfunctioning or faulty equipment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all equipment maintenance, repairs, and technical activities.
- **Inventory management**: Monitor and manage the inventory of spare parts and equipment needed for repairs and maintenance.
- **Provide technical support**: Offer technical guidance to other departments when necessary and help resolve technical problems quickly.
- **Training**: Provide training to junior technicians and other team members on equipment handling and safety protocols.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- **Diploma** or **Degree** in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in a supervisory or technical role, preferably in a healthcare or technical setting.
- **Gender Preference**: Male (as per the requirement for the role).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance protocols and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in technical operations.
