**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare a variety of baked items such as breads, rolls, pancakes, waffles, muffins, and flatbreads
- Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Manage daily baking schedules to align with service requirements
- Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ingredient consumption and production
- Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu items and breakfast offerings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation
- Ability to work early mornings and maintain punctuality
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
- Attention to detail, consistency, and time management skills
- Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
