**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Modify and update existing drawings based on project requirements.
- Develop layouts for building structures, land development, and interior spaces.
- Ensure layouts comply with architectural and engineering specifications.
- Superimpose site and project plans onto Google Maps to provide accurate geospatial context.
- Analyze and adjust plans based on geographic and topographic data.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements.
- Coordinate with external teams for design approvals and feedback.
- Review designs for accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with local building codes.
- Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
