Paint Chemist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulation Development: Design, develop, and test new paint formulations to meet customer specifications and industry standards.

2. Raw Material Selection: Evaluate and select raw materials, including pigments, resins, solvents, and additives.

3. Laboratory Testing: Conduct laboratory tests to evaluate paint performance, including color, gloss, adhesion, and durability.

4. Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure paint products meet company and industry standards.

5. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve paint-related issues, including customer complaints and production problems.

6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including environmental and safety standards.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, and other relevant data.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
