Industrial Security Guard

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Surveillance & Monitoring**: Continuously monitor the premises through CCTV systems, security patrols, and inspection of entry and exit points.
- **Access Control**: Ensure only authorized personnel, vehicles, and equipment are allowed to enter or exit the site.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms. Report and manage incidents to ensure mínimal disruption.
- **Patrol Duties**: Conduct routine physical patrols around the site, including checking buildings, equipment, and vehicles for any irregularities.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incident reports, and security logs.
- **Enforce Policies**: Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors.
- **Incident Reporting**: Write and file detailed reports of any security-related incidents or accidents.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, safety procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Good physical fitness and ability to stand, patrol, or respond to emergencies for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in industrial security or related field (e.g., OSHA, CPR, First Aid).
- Experience with surveillance systems, security equipment, and alarm systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
