**3D Interior and Exterior Designer**

**Location: Mohali Key**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models of apartment interiors and exteriors, focusing on elements such as railings, flooring, and balconies.
- Use advanced 3D design software, preferably Autodesk 3DS Max, to develop high-quality, realistic models. Collaborate with GIS teams for the compatibility and integration of 3D models into ArcGIS City Engine.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architectural design, Interior Design, or a related field. Proven experience in 3D design, particularly with Autodesk 3DS Max or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing detailed 3D modeling and design skills.Knowledge of texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering techniques.Good understanding of design principles and attention to detail. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
