**Job Details**:
Salesforce’s Customer and Service Intelligence team is looking for a Data Scientist to join us

You will be working with a group of world-class data scientists, engineers, and product managers to build the breakthrough features that our internal business partners rely on to understand business needs driving insights and intelligence back into the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building data science solutions from ideation through production deployment.

**Your Impact**:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, produce insights, and inform infrastructure strategy at Salesforce
- Lead and participate in the requirement, design, and development discussions
- Own the delivery of data science solutions by working on a cross-functional product engineering team to turn insights into data products
- Mentor others and suggest improvements to reduce time to insight and mature our data science lifecycle

**Required Skills**:

- Technical education in a Quantitative or Technical Degree Program (Masters degree or higher preferred)
- 5+ years of experience using statistical and machine learning methods to build and deploy descriptive and predictive models
- Demonstrated success presenting complex research data (qualitative and quantitative) in a clear and compelling manner that inspires action
- Experience working with data technologies that allow effective storage and analysis of large amounts of data (e.g. Spark, Presto, Hive, etc)
- Expert in common analytical programming languages (e.g. Python and SQL)
- An innate interest for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity grounded in strong scientific processes.
- Experience in time series forecasting methods
- Effective ability to generate precise and accurate scientific write-ups of problem statements, algorithmic approaches and results.

**Desired Skills/Experience**:

- Experience building and deploying ML models in AWS
