Q.C. Executive
We are one of the leading Food processing industries looking for food technologist/Microbiologist having below responsibilities:
Monitoring of day to day production activities and quality control
Carry out incoming, in process and final material quality checks and testing.
Laboratory testing for physical, chemical and microbiological parameters.
Carry out documentation work for ISO/FSSC 22000, BRC Food, USFDAFSMA and other audit standards.
Carry out Vendor approval compliance documentation
Stock management for traceability and batch numbering control
Product identification and labelling
Any other day to day activities assigned by management.
Knowledge required:
Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry etc. with 02-05 years of experience
Good English communication
Basic knowledge of food safety principles

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gondal, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
