- Job Title: Out Bound Sales
- Location: Onsite at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound telesales and telemarketing activities to potential clients, focusing on promoting products and services effectively.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective communication and networking strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing goals and initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and update customer information in the database regularly.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback to the management team based on client interactions and market insights.
- Required Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales successfully and efficiently.
- Self-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to learning and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Tamil or other regional languages being an advantage.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate and lead compelling sales conversations over the phone with prospective clients, leveraging telesales and telemarketing techniques.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs and objectives.
- Participate in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and events aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth.
- Regularly update sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
