**Reports To**: Security Supervisor / Facility Manager

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Access Control**:

- Monitor and control entry/exit points.
- Verify identity and credentials of visitors, employees, and vendors.
- **Surveillance**:

- Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises are secure.
- Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
- **Incident Response**:

- Respond promptly to alarms or disturbances.
- Report and document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities.
- **Safety Assurance**:

- Enforce safety and emergency protocols.
- Provide assistance during fire drills or emergencies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist visitors and employees courteously.
- Provide directions and handle queries when required.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain logs and reports of daily activities.
- Record incidents and ensure compliance with reporting standards.

**Training Highlights (20 Days)**
- **Professional Conduct and Ethics**:

- Importance of integrity and responsibility in security roles.
- **Basic Security Procedures**:

- Patrolling techniques, access control, and crowd management.
- **Observation and Reporting**:

- Identifying and documenting suspicious activities accurately.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Handling fire safety equipment, first aid basics, and evacuation protocols.
- **Conflict Management**:

- De-escalation techniques and effective communication during conflicts.
- **Basic Legal Knowledge**:

- Understanding laws related to trespassing, theft, and workplace safety.
- **Physical Training**:

- Basic self-defense techniques and maintaining physical fitness.
- **Use of Security Technology**:

- Training on CCTV operations, alarm systems, and communication devices.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Minimum 10th Pass (or equivalent).
- **Age**: 18-35 years.
- **Experience**: Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory (training provided).
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong observational and decision-making skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Work Schedule**
- Rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
