**Job Title: Music Teacher**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching Music**: Instruct students in various aspects of music, including theory, practice, history, and performance. This may involve teaching individual or group lessons.
- **Curriculum Development**: Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with school standards and students’ learning levels.
- **Instruments and Techniques**: Teach students how to play instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin, etc.) and/or vocal techniques. Provide guidance on how to improve their musical skills.
- **Classroom Management**: Manage student behavior and create an engaging and safe learning environment.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Regularly assess students’ progress through tests, performances, and feedback. Provide constructive feedback and adjust teaching methods as needed.
- **Preparation for Performances**: Organize and prepare students for school concerts, recitals, or other performances, including rehearsals and coordination.
- **Collaboration with Colleagues**: Work with other teachers and school staff to coordinate music-related events and integrate music into other parts of the curriculum.
- **Encourage Creativity**: Foster an appreciation for music and encourage creativity, allowing students to explore their interests and styles.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current on music education trends, new techniques, and best practices.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or related field (some positions may require a teaching certification).
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach students of various ages and skill levels.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple lessons and events.
- Patience, creativity, and passion for music.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
