**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist customers with product selections tailored to their beauty needs
- Maintain deep knowledge of current beauty trends, new product launches, and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and displays are visually appealing
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle transactions and returns accurately and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the beauty area
**Qualifications**:
- Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the beauty industry and customer service
