We are hiring a **Social Media Assistant** who will support the team in crafting content, growing our digital presence, and helping us connect with our audience in real, meaningful ways. This is a dynamic role for someone who lives and breathes content, understands trends, and wants to be part of a young, creative brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing daily content across all platforms
- Draft compelling captions, reels hooks, and content ideas aligned with our brand voice
- Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and product gifting
- Coordinate photoshoots and content days when required
- Monitor social media trends, audio trends, and viral formats to adapt for our niche
- Track engagement and analytics to share monthly insights
- Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries in a timely and on-brand manner
- Maintain content calendars and assist in campaign planning
- Edit the content (posts & reels) and write a copy for the same
- Assist during offline events or pop-ups for real-time social media coverage

**Who You Are**:

- Based in Mumbai and open to a hybrid work setup
- 1-2 years of experience in a social media/content role (internships count)
- Excellent understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Obsessed with internet trends, reels, hooks, and aesthetics
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Canva / CapCut / InShot skills are a bonus
- Passionate about wellness, self-growth, and lifestyle branding

**To Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,388.24 - ₹25,000.00 per month
