*Job Description:*

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated *Retail Salesman* to join our team at Jai Mahakali Fireworks. As a Salesman, you will be the face of the store, helping customers select the best fireworks for their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining product displays and ensuring the store runs efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting fireworks based on their preferences, needs, and budget.
- Provide detailed information about the products, including safety tips and usage instructions.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain an organized and clean store layout, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Promote ongoing sales, special offers, and promotions to customers.
- Ensure all safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to during store operations.
- Assist with seasonal setup, including the decoration and arrangement of products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain store performance.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in the fireworks or event industry) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to fireworks (training provided if necessary).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons like Diwali and New Year.

*Preferred Skills:*
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
- Passion for festivals and events.
