**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1.Liaising and networking at Forum IAS at different regions**

**2.Providing product information to the students on calls and mails**

**3.Responsible for achieving minimum enrollment in the courses launched**

**4.Sending broacher's and information to the students on mail, follow up and converting them into admissions**

**5.Networking and updating daily records in the required format**

**6.provide regular support to enrolled students by resolving their concerns**

**7.Connect to different departments to resolve the issue of the enrolled students**

**8.To escalate any issue in delivery of any services to the students**

**Skills Required**:
**1.Good follow up skills**

**2.Should be punctual**

**3.excellent written and verbal English**

**4.Must have good telephone Etiquette**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
