Murphy Lightings, a leading company in the lighting industry, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) / Sales Backoffice Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Role and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Executive (CRE):
Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing comprehensive details about our products and services.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
Proactively follow up with customers to gather feedback and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide support during the sales process.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Sales Backoffice Assistant:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales activities, and managing sales documentation.
Maintain and update product catalogs, price lists, and other sales-related materials.
Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product availability.
Generate sales performance and efficiency reports for management review.
Handle communication with clients and follow up on sales leads.
Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
Coordinate with finance and accounts departments to process sales orders and invoices.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Executive or in a Sales Backoffice role for 2 to 4 years, preferably in the lighting industry or related sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and the sales team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage sales documentation and customer databases.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and sales-related software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Knowledge of the lighting industry and products will be an advantage.
**Salary**: The offered salary for this position ranges from 14 to 18 LPA (Cost to Company) based on qualifications, experience, and expertise.
