**Looking for Ecommerce Procurement/International Sourcing**
**Experience: Fresher / 2 + years of experience in global sourcing, preferably in an ecommerce.**
**Location : Karapakkam, OMR Chennai.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential international suppliers and partners to meet the needs of our business
- Negotiate and manage contracts with global suppliers and partners
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and partners
- Monitor and report on supplier performance, including delivery and quality of goods
- Work closely with our procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient communication and coordination with international suppliers and partners
- Manage and lead a team of international sourcing specialists, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our international sourcing efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in international sourcing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, international business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in global sourcing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- Experience managing and leading a team
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Procurement: 1 year (preferred)
