**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy to enhance Access Assist's brand and visibility.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and media outlets to promote our mission.
- Brand Building: Create and nurture a compelling brand identity for Access Assist and its various projects.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, articles, website content, and social media.
- Media Relations: Manage media relations and proactively seek opportunities for media coverage and interviews.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events, conferences, and webinars to promote Access Assist and its initiatives.
- Internal Communication: Ensure effective internal communication to keep team members informed and aligned with the organization's goals.
- Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication plans when necessary.
- Metrics and Analytics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial inclusion, social impact, or sustainable development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success in brand building and media relations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Outcome-oriented with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
