**Must Have**

- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field
- 15+ years of work experience on **CMS and Website Solutions**:

- Solution/Subject Matter expert in** architecting and **designing complex solutions **using **CMS** **platforms like Optimizely, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager etc
- **E**xperience **in **leading the **end-to-end** solutioning **of large-scale **pr**ojects** using any of the above CMS and **cloud platforms like Azure, AWS** **etc**:

- Should have experience in **building** the projects from scratch **covering solution design, **environment**s &** CI/CD design & **setup**:

- Extensive experience working on integrations including various **API**s**, **Opensource platforms, **various UI framework**s**.**:

- Extensive hands-on experience working with **front-end technologies** and key components of web architecture
- Experience in driving the standardization, reusability and best practices with the mindset of improving productivity, quality and optimizing the time required for building websites
- ** Experi**ence in implementing **SEO, accessibility, **schema** to enhance the visibility of websites on the **search **engines**:

- ** In-depth understanding of coding languages**:

- **.Net, HTML, CSS, **AJAX**, **JavaScript**, **JQuery**, angular** etc.**:

- Confident communication/ active listener with top tier skills in “telling the story” and facilitating technical conversations
- Experience in working with customers and internal teams to drive project implementation
- Excellent experience of translating customer requirements in clear scope definition and ability to understand cost & timeline implications of the projects
- Thought leadership and public engagement and evangelism skills
- Nice to have experience in working across industry verticals like Automotive, Healthcare, Finance, Hospitality etc.
