Back Office Executive Requirements:

- Sorted rate card data into Excel to facilitate management and exporting.

*
- Compile and generate spreadsheets capturing key data related to company’s active contracts.
- Research, update, and validate data underlying spreadsheet production; strategically fill gaps.
- Create pivot tables and modify spreadsheets to achieve analytical goals.
- Manage spreadsheets and maintain data currency to ensure accurate data availability for managers and decision-makers.
- Develop and implemented standard operating procedures to bridge data gaps and resolve related issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. **(Excel Proficiency Must)**:

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Familiarity with market research techniques.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Navi Mumbai - 400703, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
