Bartender

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on recipes or customized to guest preferences.
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, including setup and breakdown for daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and maintain a safe environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Monitor and control bar inventory and restock when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender or similar role in a hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and wine and beer varieties.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification or permit to serve alcohol (if required by local laws).

**Skills**:

- Excellent memory and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to upsell and recommend drinks based on customer preferences.

Pay: ₹15,162.48 - ₹22,000.00 per month
