A plant supervisor is responsible for the overall operation of a plant, including the maintenance, production, and staff management:

- **Operations**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and groundskeeping
- **Staff management**: Recruit, manage, and develop staff, including identifying training needs and ensuring equal employment opportunity
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and labor laws
- **Quality**: Monitor product quality and on-time delivery
- **Safety**: Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures
- **Communication**: Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- **Record keeping**: Maintain accurate records and prepare reports

Plant supervisors may also be responsible for:

- Overseeing construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of the plant
- Collecting and analyzing data to improve efficiency
- Maintaining site assets and optimizing equipment life cycle
- Forecasting labor requirements

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
