**Position Overview**

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Social Media and Content Creation Intern to join our team in Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility. As an intern, you will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to drive online engagement and contribute to our digital storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan, create, and schedule posts for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Monitor and engage with the audience to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
- **Content Creation**:

- Design creative and engaging content tailored to specific platforms.
- Write compelling captions and posts to communicate our brand message effectively.
- Generate innovative ideas for campaigns and social media series.
- **Video Production**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create promotional content, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Ensure quality and alignment with the brand’s voice and aesthetics.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend improvements to content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience managing social media platforms or creating content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Knowledge of SEO and strategies to increase online visibility.
- Understanding of video storytelling and motion graphics.
