**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily financial operations, including data entry, maintaining records, and filing documents.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Excel.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Assist with the processing and handling of refunds, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and personal information

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling refunds is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
