**Receptionist**
**Experience : 2 to 4 Years**
**Location : Ahmedabad**
**Openings : 1 Post**
**Qualification**:Any Graduate with relevant Receptionist experience**
**Skills : Good Communication skill, Customer Service Oriented, Ability to do multitask work,**
**Job description**:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, client and employees in friendly and professional manner. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Manage incoming phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls and providing information as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries and arrange courier services when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars for executives or other employees as required.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic administrative support such as typing, photocopying and filing documents.
- Assisting in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Handle all incoming enquires
- Manage support staff
**Salary**: From ₹108,000.00 per year
