**Description**

**MSD 365 F&O Architect**

What's this role about?

Looking for a seasoned FinOps Architect with 12+ years of experience and lead multiple implementations in MSD 365 F&O. The consultant should be able to interface with the customer, review and finalize requirements, conduct demo, provide implementation plan etc.,

Functional:
Any accounting qualification

Setup of chart of accounts, financial dimensions/set, posting ledgers, categories

Define rules, restrictions, account structures, journal and posting setup, ledger calendars

Setup of budgets, exchange rates, year / period close processes, vat/taxes, settlements, revaluations

Create allocation rues, journal types/names, accrual schemes, posting definitions

Redesign management/financial reports including config changes in CoA, Dimensions etc.

Arranging workshops, Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management, and Finance Data Analysis.

Identify and analyse requirements, finance processes, interfaces and financial reports.

Help change the Tax rules and config for audit compliance

Implementation:
Provide User training/demo sessions for reporting, processes overviews

Ideally MB 700 and/or MB 300 certified

Deep understanding of the D365 F&O platform

Interface with customer project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements

Develop functional specification designs including definition of functional requirements and business scenarios

Drive the effective transition of requirements to delivery and development consultants, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements for a successful delivery to end customer?

Developing long lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients by instilling trust and confidence

Working directly with clients to understand their business processes and determining project deliverables

Utilising specialist knowledge of Finance/ Project Accounting and the MS Dynamics

Developing original approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures

Taking ownership of the design of bespoke solutions, which may include complex integrations or significant module changes or even designing a new module

Writing complex functional specifications

Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed

Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget

Guiding Project Managers and keeping them informed

Prepare team for the transition to support
