A bid manager is responsible for developing high quality winning proposals for existing customers and potential clients. He is in charge of a multi-discipline proposal team through bid development processes.

1-Generate business via portals like Upwork, PPH and Freelance.
2-Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients 3-Should have knowledge of Web Development company. 4- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's 5-requirement and acquisition. 6-Excellent verbal and written communication skill. 7-Creative and innovative thinking. 8-Relationship building skill. 9-Commercial thinking. 10-Attention to detail.
- **Tasks**_

1-Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the work.

2-Devising a successful strategy for winning a bid, including pinpointing the unique selling points of your organization, knowing your company’s operating and profit margins and understanding the clients’ specific requirements.

3-Researching, writing /checking proposals.

4-Managing budgets or, at a more junior level, tracking costs

5-Responding to clients’ and other stakeholder’s queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.
- **Qualifications**_

1-Required Bachelor degree business management, engineering

2-Excellent communication skills.

3-English proficient.

4-Around 2-3 years of Job experience
