**Role of an Academic Coordinator in Preschool**:1. **Curriculum Planning & Implementation**
- Designs, updates, and ensures the smooth execution of the preschool curriculum.
- Aligns learning activities with age-appropriate milestones and goals.
- Introduces innovative and engaging teaching methods.

2. **Teacher Training & Support**
- Mentors and trains teachers on lesson planning, classroom management, and activity execution.
- Conducts regular classroom observations to provide constructive feedback.
- Helps new teachers settle in and understand the academic structure.

3. **Assessment & Progress Tracking**
- Designs assessment tools to monitor child development.
- Analyzes performance data and ensures timely documentation.
- Helps teachers identify and support children with special needs or learning gaps.

4. **Quality Assurance**
- Maintains high standards of academic delivery across all classes.
- Ensures teaching aids and materials are updated and used effectively.
- Monitors classroom environments to ensure they are child-friendly and educational.

5. **Parent Interaction (Academic Side)**
- Explains curriculum goals and progress to parents during PTMs.
- Addresses academic concerns raised by parents.
- Suggests home-learning techniques to support child development.

6. **Collaboration & Coordination**
- Works closely with the Centre Manager and teachers to ensure overall smooth functioning.
- Coordinates academic celebrations like Literacy Day, Math Week, or Thematic Days.

7. **Event and Activity Planning (Academic Events)**
- Plans educational events such as exhibitions, storytelling sessions, science days, etc.
- Encourages integration of fun and learning through theme-based activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
