**Job Title**: CATI Interviewer

We are looking for a skilled **CATI Interviewer** to join our team in Pune. As a CATI Interviewer, you will be responsible for conducting telephonic interviews using the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system. You will play a key role in gathering survey data and ensuring accurate responses to market research surveys, supporting data collection for various studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephone interviews with respondents using the CATI system for market research, surveys, and data collection projects.
- Ensure accurate and unbiased data collection in compliance with research guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain clear and concise records of interviews and responses.
- Follow interview scripts and instructions while probing for additional information when needed.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and maintain a positive rapport with respondents.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining data quality.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in data collection to the team lead or manager.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Provide feedback to the management regarding challenges faced during interviews.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant experience in CATI interviews, market research, or a similar role.
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's degree (any field).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or other local languages.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse respondents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Proficiency with CATI systems or similar telephonic survey tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet targets.
