Ø Overall supervision, administration, control and co-ordination of the functioning Dietary Department.
Ø To meet patients in order to know, their dietary habits on admission and discharge.
Ø Get familiarized with the cause for hospitalization and medical history of the patient.
Ø To educate the patient on the dietary requirements as per his/her condition as per orders of consultant /Doctors.
Ø Plan the diet with the relevant information and hand it over to the F&B Department in a written format.
Ø Meet the patients on a daily basis to know the patients acceptability or intake of the planned diet and assess the need for change in diet.
Ø Educate and counsel the patients at the time of discharge about the dietary guidelines that needs to be followed thereafter.
Ø Ensure better quality and acceptability of patient’s food, by tasting before being dispatched for serving.
Ø Check randomly the trays before they are dispatched to the patients.
Ø Training, educating and guiding Hospital Staff as well as Corporates /Wellness Centers / Other institutions through conducting training classes, awareness programmes, lectures, workshops, etc as and when required.
Ø Overall supervision and control of F&B Department as per the guidance of CEO/ F&B Committee.
**Salary**: ₹9,951.00 - ₹28,219.00 per month
