**Roles**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Investment Banking Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for investment banking students. While proficiency in financial modeling is considered a valuable asset, it is not mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Design and implement training programs covering various aspects of investment banking, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structuring.
- Generate training questions, quizzes, and case studies to assess student understanding and progress.
- Provide one-on-one or group training sessions to address specific student needs and challenges.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance training programs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on student feedback and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- CFA Level 2 certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial modeling is considered a valuable asset, not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and investment banking concepts.
