Full job description

The Middle School English Teacher will be responsible for fostering a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking in students. This role involves delivering engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, assessing student progress, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.Incorporate literature, grammar, writing, vocabulary, and speaking skills into the lesson plans.Utilize a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles.

Classroom Management:Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively.

Student Assessment and Support:Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.Provide constructive feedback to students to foster their academic and personal growth.Offer additional support and guidance to students who need extra assistance.

Parent and Staff Collaboration:Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, achievements, and challenges.Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
