Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines for Client in the areas of BRIM / SOM / CC & CI.
- Should have Strong S/4 HANA ABAP development experience. Integration knowledge with SOM and CC, CI.
- Good knowledge on Webservices (Rest & SOAP based) and OData.
- Good Experience Webservice integration to CI and SOM
- Should also have Fiori Based coding, Subscription Order management, FQEVENTS, Order distribution framework (ODI), IDOCs, troubleshooting ODI. Strong CRM-ABAP, BAPI & Enhancement knowledge.
- Extensive hands on experience on CRM Sales, CRM Services CRM expertise: CRM component enhancement, CRM Events, Badi framework, Middleware, well versed with OOPs programming, BOL/GeniL programming SOM expertise.
- Should have strong functional understanding on OTC (Order to cash) and CTC(Consume to Cash) Process.
- Good Experience of CRM SOM Provider Contract, Product Model, Contract Account, Business Partner etc.
- Good Exposure to SD pricing and CI
- Good understanding of Order to cash business process
- Good Experience of Contract accounting, Customer and Partner CIT -BIT, CI Billing CI Invoicing and Integration with SAPCC, CRM & ECC.
