Co-ordinating with distributor and franchisee for smooth function of supply
- Correspondence and communication with franchise and distributors
- Market research on different competitive products in the market
- Market Research about on potential products and introduce new molecules in company.
- Inspect, physically checking of quality, quantity and packing of finished products at Warehouse, entering & maintaining inventory of the same.
- Analysing data of stock and managing first cum first out of products in the stock.
- Organising shipment, coordinating with driver, Vehicles, loads and journey. Ensuring delivery of product to Master Franchise on time.
- Storage, temperature and handling conditions of product, as specified on the Product label.
- Ensure to check on manufacturing date and expiry date for stocks before taking from manufacturer and their invoice that expiry should be minimum 24 months. If it is lesser report to operation head
- Keeping statistic of different product track of stock of product
- Solving queries with regards to delivery stock of products to Franchise.
- Operating software system to manage purchase, cost and stock level.
