We are looking for passionate Head & Sports Trainers to join our team. The role involves conducting training sessions, developing tailored programs, and guiding athletes to achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct individual and group training sessions.
- Develop customized training programs.
- Provide guidance on techniques, strategies, and conditioning.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Motivate athletes to excel.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field (preferred).
- Certification in sports training/coaching (preferred).
- Expertise in at least one sport (e.g., football, cricket, basketball).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work weekends.

**Salary**: As per Norms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
